ABOUT RETURN ASSURANCE
Get peace of mind while purchasing items when you add Seel Return Assurance.
You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale items by adding Return Assurance at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.
The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be sent back and postmarked within 20 days of your postage arrival date.
To initiate a return, please send an email to BGK Apparel at sales@bgkonline.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of the Return Assurance is nonrefundable.
You have a max of 20 days from the postage arrival date to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 20 days after the postage arrival date. No returns made after 20 days from the postage arrival date date will be accepted.

14-Day Return Policy:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- The product must be in like-new condition, meaning:
- No tears or rips in the fabric.
- No signs of wear or usage.
- No stains, odors, or pet hair.
- No scratches or damage to any part of the product.
- The material must not be stretched out or warped.
Return Shipping:
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at [contact email] to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
