Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Immediate Notification: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately via email at sales@bgkonline.shop or Text us at ‪(915) 247-8393.
Processing Time: We will do our best to process your cancellation request. However, once the order is confirmed and placed, we cannot guarantee the cancellation.
Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our Returns Policy for further instructions.
Tracking Number Generated: Orders cannot be canceled if a tracking number has been generated.

2. Conditions for Cancellation

Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once the order is in the shipping process, cancellation is not possible.
Special Orders: Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed.
