The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to dispatched within 4 - 45 business days after the order is placed. WAREHOUSE DELAYS CAN POSTPONE PROCESSING TIMES IF OCCURRED.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen delays, should they occur.
RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from BGK Apparel are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
At BGK Apparel, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our return policy.
14-Day Return Policy:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
